Sensory-friendly performances at the Pacific Northwest Ballet feature lights on during the performance, available fidget items, and free movement. Social narratives, sensory guides, sensory kits, and dedicated quiet spaces are also available.

Sensory-friendly programs at the Museum of Pop Culture offer access to the museum when it is closed to the general public, advanced notice of what to expect during your visit, lowered sound and lighting in galleries and Sky Church, and access to museum galleries.

The Museum of Flight
Visitors with sensory needs can enjoy free early access to The Museum of Flight with Sensory Days. Enjoy access to the museum during off-hours and explore the galleries with adjusted light and sound. To enhance the experience, hands-on, family activities are also be provided.

The Seattle Aquarium has partnered with KultureCity to improve its ability to assist guests with sensory needs. Sensory bags and weighted lap pads are available for checkout at their Guest Services desk on Pier 59 or in Ocean Pavilion.

Fans can check out a KultureCity Sensory Kit at the southwest guest services location in the Olympic Hall.
The Sensory Lounge at the Pacific Science Center is located in Building 2 and provides a calm space for guests to decompress, regroup, and engage their brains in new ways.
Lumen Field has Ben’s Sensory Room for fans with autism, sensory challenges or PTSD who may be feeling overwhelmed or overstimulated. The sensory room, which is located at the SW Guest Services Location in the Olympic Hall, will be open for all full stadium events. Children using the room must be accompanied by an adult.
